Hazy, citrusy flavours with a biting hoppy aftertaste. Overall good mouthfeel and well balanced.
Judge’s label: That’s a good beer

Another typical Polly's beer - great body, great balance.
It tasted more like Simcoe was in it - the combo of citra, mosaic and Idaho 7 gives it hints of this.
Well worth a try.

Très belle IPA avec une belle amertume et des notes exotiques et houblonnées. En bouche, elle a une belle petit épaisseur. Une belle puissance bien agréable avec des bons houblons. Belle réalisation !

Pale indeed, still has deep amber hue to it with no visible carbonation other than a minimal head. Bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas, notably pineapple, lime, mango and an array of stone fruit coming after.
Pillowy soft and relatively thick texture with medium to full body and a short to medium length finish. Quite pleasant.
This is a trio of hops featuring Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7 Cyro, creating a flavourful brew that's both hoppy and fruity. It has apricot and peach in richness, which is soon followed noticeable by alcohol taste and heat, which is unfortunate. Pineapple funk underlines this experience with lime and grapefruit citrus effects stabbing in from the top. I expect the flavours will flourish a bit more when this beer gets closer to ambient temperature...
...Grapefruit increased and works to counter the soft stone fruit. Cyro Idaho 7 is certainly doing it's thing as this brew is soft yet rich.

Super smooth and balanced juicy IPA with notes of passion fruit and bitter orange/grapefruit.
