Bianca Orange Pineapple Lassi Gose, Sweden
4.0
Night of the Horrible Photos continues! 🧟‍♂️🤠 BEER: Bianca Orange Pineapple Lassi Gose BREWERY: Omnipollo BEER STYLE: Fruited Gose COUNTRY: Sweden ABV.: 6.0% COLOUR (EBC): Pineapple Yellow (13.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - AROMA: Let it warm. After that, it gives nice peek to those childhood popsicles. Funny and entirely artificial, but, funny (and a bit of heartwarming). HEAD: - GREY’S VIEW Orange & Pineapple flavoured Gose w/ Lactose and Rock Salt. Ooomkay. Taste follows the aroma. It’s sweet pineappled popsicle in a liquid form. Rock salt presents itself really slow and almost shylike. It progresses slowly. Besides the sweetness there’s something meadowy in there, wildflowers or hay maybe? Mouthfeel is pure hotel breakfast juice. Low on bubbles and high with fruits, sure, why not. Astringency is there, but I don’t let it bother me too much, because of the childhood popsicles. Aftertaste isn’t straight up salty, but it has those rocky, salty elements to it and the pineapple just keeps on going. OTHER NOTES: Ha! Quite funny! My second Bianca and the first one since the OG unit. Over the top liquid just as I was expecting. Sure, why not? CANNED 9/6/2021 TASTED 6/8/2021
