Polly’s dabbling outside the usual ultra hopped IPA’s, this west coast IPA is really tasty. Dark golden crisp pour, aroma of caramelised fruit with the taste giving notes of caramel and pine balanced with a steady bitterness. Loving how the malt is making itself known through the hops.
