Good Berliner Weisse but I struggled to find the flavours.

A rarity from Polly’s to break from the usual hazy and heavily hopped pales but very well done. Slightly hazy dull golden pour, aroma primarily of lime & coconut, both of these leading the flavour too but complex hints of mint and spice from This clever use of sabro. The sourness isn’t too intense for the style and is actually very refreshing.
