Effervescent, floral and bitter / sour in a good way. Almost like sherbet. The label describes it as a “white peach champagne pale” and I think this time they got it spot on. Recommended, but probably before you have anything more hoppy because it’s delicate scent and flavour will be drowned out easily.

Mélange bière, champagne et pêche Plutôt original et osé. Pêche assez présente en milieu de bouche, herbacé en fin et le brut du champagne amène un côté très pétillant Résultat assez surprenant mais bonne surprise en final 😊

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 pas trop pétillante pour une brut. Une bonne odeur houblonnée et fruitée. En bouche l'amertume se fait longue et agréable, la pêche fais son apparition en début de bouche et la fin et herbacée.
