New beer in Pint Please and a new brewery for me. 0,5l can from Spiegelau IPA-glass. Canned 11/06/21 and the brewery gives only two months until the best before date. Respect. Hazy yellow beer with orange tint. Big white foam. Delicious scent of lime, wood and zesty lemon. Faint sensation of coconut and herbs. Sabro, is that you? Medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is creamy and powderish but feels a bit thin. Loads of zesty citruses on first bite. Lemon, lime, grapefruit and tangerine. Some overripe pineapple and dry grass. Wood, coconut and mint. Herbs give a cooling sensation and taste really fresh. Dry wood, orange peels and floral notes. Just barely some hay and straw under the fruits and herbs. Subtle tingling hop burn with mostly lime. Ends with dry grass and zesty lime bitterness which lasts for a good long while. Fresh, tasty and well balanced. I like it!
