Photographing to stop time after our first 6 years. Thus Totally Independent was born.
Twelve photographs. A journey through our independence. From the brewery to the farm, from TapRoom to Casana up to our Briciola. Thanks to all of you who support us and allow us to do every day what we love most.
Massively hopped with Galaxy, Citra, Strata and Simcoe for an explosion of passion fruit, peach and strawberry in an extremely elegant and creamy texture.

HEAD: Pretty much nonexistent.
GREY’S VIEW
Galaxy, Citra, Simcoe & Strata DDH IPA.
Damn how I like that aroma. But yeah, let’s dive into the liquid.
Okay. The first thing to notice is that airy bubbled, easy going, being. Body is medium-light, easy and damn swift. DDH is calmn and pretty much unnotable. It’s easy, yeah. Then hits the flavours. It shows some shy dank elements, some pineapples with mandarins and cantaloupe, but it has really strong feel of chaos there. It doesn’t know what to give.
OTHER NOTES:
As this, it would work perfectly in a terrace or as a beach drink. Easy and all over the place. Funny anyway 🙂
