Flight 2/4. Transparent gold beer with a neat velvety lacing that grows one finger tall and melts quickly to a frazil-icy ring on the top. Light-sour gooseberry, apple peel and a peachy nuance form the olfactory package. The taste surprises me as I don't receive true sour flavors but actually moderately sour, juicy elements like peach and pear. Or rather pear and peach. Interesting for sure! I like pear in beer, it's really difficult to squeeze it there. The body is thin. Alright, this is merely 3.7 %, thus no panic. The end comes rushedly. The mouthfeel is thin, sessionable, juicy and slightly tart. +0.2 stars as compensation for the low ABV.
