Un Blend de Barley Wine d'anniversaire qui vieillit dans ma cave depuis 2 bonnes années ☺️ Une belle couleur marron, trouble et sans mousse. Le nez est très riche, vin cuit, fruits secs 🤤 En bouche c'est liquoreux et complexe, l'alcool prend trop le dessus un temps mais en final les saveurs épicées reviennent et se prolongent de longues minutes..

This is for the 2021 version. An improvement on my review of 2020. The lower abv has taken away that burn at the end and made for an excellent drink!!

Rich and deep in flavour. Full of raisins and date flavours. The barrel ageing comes through at the end with a bit of burn. A good thick pour in the glass.
