Holiton sour testissä, tuoksussa on hapanta hedelmäisyyttä, makeamman ananaksen löytää myös. Maussa on alkuun limumaista ananaksen makeutta. Happamuutta jonkun verran kuivaamaan suuta. Jälkimaku on vähän laimea. Miedon makuinen mutta ihan raikas juotava, saunan oheen jne toimiva varmasti.
