Tuned down when even semi cold. HEAD: Tight, two finger tall. Lasts a good while. GREY’S VIEW Nelson Sauvin hopped West Coast TIPA w/ Sauvignon Blanc Grapes. Indeed. First sip is lovely. Damn well balanced. I taste soft and ripe kiwi, loads of mandarin and oranges to go with bitter, dryed bread crumbs, some honey kind of goings and that deep sigh of countryside. Body is medium + with loads of hop oils, melted toffee caramels and roundy being. Lovely stuff. Endslide is nicely drying and dank, with herbs and light spices. OTHER NOTES: Nicely complex stuff and bold in all. Really enjoyable. The feel of white wine grows alongside the beer itself. I find it quite charming addition. CANNED 4/5/2021 TASTED 2/6/2021

Hieman samean oranssi olut, yllättävän nopeasti häviävällä valkealla vaahdolla. Tuoksu on trooppisen hedelmäinen, ananaksinen, appelsiininen, viinirypäleinen, aprikoosinen, cantaloupemeloninen, hieman mangoinen, passionhedelmäinen, kiivinen ja aavistuksen humalainen. Runko on täyteläinen, pehmeän hiilihappoinen ja alkuun aika makea, muuttuen hieman kuivaksi loppua kohden. Maussa on tuoksun mukaan runsaasti trooppisia hedelmiä, viinirypäleitä, sitrusta, aprikoosia, greippiä, cantaloupemelonia, hieman mangoa, kiiviä, humalaa, maanläheistä ruohoisuutta ja aavistus passionhedelmää. Sauvignon Blanc rypäleet tekevät tästä mukavasti hieman erilaisen, kuin muut saman tyyliset oluet. West coast tyyliseksi TIPA:si tämän makeus ja katkerointi ovat todella tasapainossa ja lopussa tuleva sopiva kuivuus tekevät tästä todella juotavan ja yllättävän helpon.

Pelailun lomassa maisteltua. Tuoksu karamellinen ja havuinen. Aika herkullinen. Maku on hiukan havuinen, valkoviininen ja aavistuksen hedelmäinen sekä greippinen. Kaikki maut ovat ihanan puhtaita ja raikkaita. Valkoviinisyys on tosi hallitsevaa, muttei kuitenkaan huono asia. Helppoa juotavaa, alkoholi hiukan häilyy muttei häiritse. Hyvää on.

Big thanks for this gift Raksu! ☺️ (and that Mister who keeps supplying us and everyone with these sweet American breweries 😉) Roughly three weeks old IPA to go, it's TIPA Tuesday (invented possibly by SimonDönder) after all. Scent of grapefruit, white wine grapes, gooseberry, melon. Taste of white wine grapes, gooseberry, melon, something nice I can't describe, caramel. Moderately juicy, bitter and dry. Crisp and refreshing. Nicely different IPA. Goes really well with cheese, jam and crackers.
