BEER: Only Yesterday
BREWERY: Pure Project Brewing
BEER STYLE: Bitter
COUNTRY: USA
ABV.: 4.8%
COLOUR (EBC): Clear Amber Red (30.0)
BITTERS (EBU/IBU): -
AROMA: Biscuity, dryish, malty.
HEAD: One and a half finger tall. Modest.
GREY’S VIEW
Ale Brewed w/ Golden Promise, Double Roasted Crystal & East Kent Golding Malts.
Indeed. Taste offers classic Bitter elements; them being bready, mushy grainy, bit buttery, resinous and also pine needly. This unit is delightfully balanced on the palate. Could have more of some personality to me.
Body is medium with pillowy soft and creamy carbonation. Hop rates are on point as they balace the creaminess well. It’s not watery, but more like mineraly and clean.
OTHER NOTES:
Well made Bitter. The label art is hard to get sense of, or how it actually resembles the style or beer.

BEER: Tropical Mist
BREWERY: Pure Project Brewing
BEER STYLE: Blonde Ale
COUNTRY: USA
ABV.: 5.1%
COLOUR (EBC): Golden Straw Yellow (9.0)
BITTERS (EBU/IBU): -
AROMA: Zesty, bready, spicy.
HEAD: Creamy, one and a half finger tall.
GREY’S VIEW
Blonde Ale built w/ Pure Project Murky Yeast & Valencia Oranges.
Taste has hazy misty tropic grown hay, lots of bright oranges, zesty lemons, witbier styled peppery and overall zesty-malty-bright goings with crispy white dryed bread and more spicys. Body is medium+ with tangy lemony bite, the feel is entirely hazy and plenty in all. Feels almost thick. Aftertaste continues the mainflavours.
OTHER NOTES:
It’s exactly as fun as I wished for, bit more witbier-ish, but funny nevertheless. That murky yeast is clear part of this and damn well presented; to me, it works perfectly, making this a hybrid of styles. Really nice.

BEER: Envision
BREWERY: Pure Project Brewing
BEER STYLE: NEIPA
COUNTRY: USA
ABV.: 6.7%
COLOUR (EBC): Bright Light Yellow (10.0)
BITTERS (EBU/IBU): -
AROMA: Mouthwatering. Ripe tangerines, forest bed with some old unused gravel in the mix.
HEAD: Swift, one finger tall. Quite toght for the moment it lasts.
GREY’S VIEW
Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Citra & Mosaic Hopped, All Organic, NEIPA.
Indeed the grains are well in there. They’re somewhat raw, medium hazy and crispy in being. There’s also loads of cantaloupe, peely white grapes and balanced amount of grapefruits. ~mmm-countryside-Italy-mmm~
The being is light, really well structured and balanced, nice in every way. I like how light it feels, really nice.
Aftertaste is low in presentation with some biscuity and earthy minerals.
OTHER NOTES:
Nicely versatile piece. Beautifully light in being with the clearest and damn good amount of tastes. I wish I’d had more of this kind of brews to try 🙂

PANIMO: Pure Project Brewing
OLUTTYYPPI: NEIPA
MAA: Yhdysvallat
VAHVUUS (ABV): 6.7%
VÄRI (EBC): Ananasmehunkeltainen (13.0)
KATKEROT (EBU/IBU): -
TUOKSU: Kuivan vaalearypäleinen, hivenen mehukas. Hento kokonaisuudessaan.
VAAHTO: Kahden sormen mittainen, kuohkea ja melko näyttävä.
GREY’S VIEW
Nelson Sauvin, Strata & Hallertau Blanc humaloitu NEIPA.
Maussa näyttäisi olevan kevyen karheaa vaaleaa rypäleen kuorta, kuiva heinäsyyttä, kivennäisyyttä ja sitruunaa. Makuja dimmaa eniten tämän karbonaatio; kuohkeaa, täyttävää ja ylimitoitettua. Runko jää jonnekkin keskitukevan tienoolle.
MUUTA MAINITTAVAA:
Erikoinen. Kuohkea kermaisuus vie mauilta tilaa aivan turhaan. Varsin täyttävää tällä kermaisuudella.
Kehittyy huomattavasti parempaan runsaan lämmön ja hapen myötä.
