Best before 15/12/19. Continuing with cheese, jam and crackers. Scent of dark syrupy malts, bit sherry, oak, something off-flavoured, lot of licorice. Taste has oak, licorice, dark syrupy bread, plums, ash. Bit roasty, dry and syrupy finish. Entrance had something spoiled there for a moment, but it vanished as soon as it came. Woody, bit brown sugary. Pretty nice considering the age. Those off flavours are kept check properly.
