Pardus is a classic imperial stout for the purists. Brewed with a carefully selected variety of dark malts, dark invert sugar Bramling Cross hops for a rich and complex character. The beer is powerful but well balanced with flavours of lightly roasted coffee, black treacle and hedgerow fruit coming together in harmony.

I never though my id ever be able to justify drinking a liquid form of Rocky Road!
Its thick, chunky and gives you that solid mouthfeel you only get from an Imperial Stout. I can actually taste the raisins!!!
Again I don’t think I’d drink it with Cinnamon Strudel Babkas but each to their own!
