Has a medium toasted dark bread with some unsweetened toffee malt taste . Has a light+ hoppy side that is earthy. Compliments the malty side well. Finishes dry. Overall a nice Irish style red ale but doesn’t quite follow the style. I’m enjoying the dryness and that they didn’t make it sweet like most American style Irish ales.
