Life on the dark side! 🖕🏻🖕🏻
Fourth and the last beer in the miniseries of beers celebrating Mark Rothko. If you don't know who Mark Rothko is, go check my review on the Mark #1.

0,5l can from beer tumbler. Canned 15.02.21.
Black and oily looking beer. Couldn't get any foam, shame.
Scent has some sweet condensed milk, chocolate and caramel.
Low carbonation. Mouthfeel is oily and full.
Sweet pastry flavors, obviously. Caramel, some sweet and some burnt. Dark coffee with full fat milk and vanilla. Condensed milk, chocolate sauce and a faint note of coconut. Some dark bread, roasted malts and dark roast coffee. Caramel gets more noticeable when the beer warms up. Very milky cacao drink and then darker chocolate again. Different flavors come forward one after the other and every sip is different. Very sweet overall taste, duh.
Ends with thick chocolate sauce and coffee.
Good Pastry IS. Doesn't really offer anything mind blowing, but works well on all fronts. Takes the third place of the series.
What a joy it has been to have all the different beers from this series. First one was an absolute nostalgia bomb and the rest were solid performers, each with their own highs and lows.
Nepomucen has earned it's place among my favorite breweries, and is actually one of my highest average rated in Pint Please.
