Strohgelb mit einer leichten Trübung erscheint dieses Bier. Üppiger großporiger Schaum krönt das Ganze. Geschmacklich erinnert mich das Getränk an Chicorée. Nur die bitteren Noten wirken intensiver und hallen ewig nach.
