Quite dry this with a strong grapefruit flavour, though the sabro gives it a tropical hint and a slightly creamy texture. Not for everyone due to the dryness, but it made me keep wanting more. I can't believe I've had so many of these Polly beers now and they're all very good.
Lovely beer, give it a go.

Pale and hazy, quite rightly. Tropical, stone fruit and citrus on the nose. It's got that typical Mosaic pineapple aroma as well as tangerine, peach and apricot.
Consisting of Mosaic and Sabro hops this brew is like light cream in the mouth, smooth as silk with medium body. Light carbonation and a short finish. Maybe this is a reoccurring theme of Polly's pales..a quick finish. You do get something lingering but it isn't overly hoppy and isn't overly juicy, it's like a stone fruit citrus sort of ghost staying behind on your tongue. It's quite odd actually you swallow and silk goes down followed by vacancy and then a delayed buildup of resinous hops and tropics.
The silky smoothness is quite the feature of this beer. Similarly to the last Polly I had, it could do with more juice and fruitiness, again this one leans into hoppy flavour instead. Arguably, as it should do!
It still has some heft to it and all things considered its still a very flavourful beer. It's proper. It's not thin and washed out.
I'm starting to get a feel for Polly's ways, not as much juice as Unbarred and battling with Deya for the hop festival headline act.
