1st of the Rosa trilogy. By swapping the Ekuanot for Enigma, Pollys have created a new beer that doesn’t really link into the traditional Rosa. That aside, this is a nice pale ale that is pingy, zingy and flavoursome. To start with, it had a slight dry/bitterness at the back end but this became softer as it warmed up. Great start though to the trilogy!

Love the fact it's different to their usual style. Very soft, bitter and dry yet fruity at the forefront. It says with fruitiness before going to the dry then bitterness when swallowed. Good beer this, worth a go.

Goût de céréales assez prononcé

Ompa yrttinen tuoksu. Suutuntuma hiilihappoinen, kevyt ja hieman kirpsakka. Maussa sitrusta, vihreyttä, yrttisyyttä, greippiä ja makeutta. Makupaletti ei missään nimessä omia suosikkejani.
