Fantastic example of a Braggot, a style I think should be explored more by brewers. I should probably look into doing this myself! Sweetness from the honey is evident above the malt. The apricots bring a nice fruitiness and tartness that makes it refreshing, and there’s a mushiness evident too. This could come from the red wine barrel it was aged in or it just could be my imagination 😂 It’s like a sour beer that I actually like. Very nice!
