Smakar espresso och choklad

Wonderful aroma with a bunch of chocolate. Dark, thick, sweet, heavy, somehow Irish-coffee-like, mixed with chocolate flavor. Delicious dessert beer, but we expected even more.

Heavenly marshmallow and chocolate aroma. Mouthful is smooth chocolate, vanilla soft marshmallow and it’s rounded off with a lovely warming boozy aftertaste. Indulgent to say the least 🤤

Dessert beer after dinner today. Chocolate Clouds by Basqueland Brewery. Pastry stouts are always a nice welcome. Opaque, really dark brown beer with a thin beige head. Won't let me stare at it too long. Boy that sweetness hits quite powerfully and I'm in right away. Cacao nibs, milk chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla and then booze. Flavour is truly sweet with marshmallow and vanilla. Then there's chocolate and cacao. The booze comes through a bit just in the end but it doesn't disturb me. Quite smooth and easy to drink. Sugary and lip-glueing. Good stuff. Some of you might think this is too big to drink alone. 😁
