At Blackstone Pub & Eatery to enjoy another good evening of Alabama football, food and brews. Starts with a medium high white head. Mild ginger aroma and a very slightly hazy deep yellow color. Texture is soft and creamy. Abundance of flavor beginning with ginger, cinnamon and spice. Finish has plenty of vanilla but the spiciness of the cardamom lingers. Very unique flavors, well balanced, with a transcending finish. An excellent and unique cream ale.
