Polly’s believe that hoppy beer is here to stay. With that in mind, they’ve highlighted their commitment to hop-forward beer by brewing a modern-day classic style, the DDH DIPA. Utilising Sabro to devastating effect, Polly’s are backing this hop to become as pre-eminent as the Mosaic & Vic Secret they’ve paired it with here.

Väriltään samea vaalean keltainen. Tuoksussa voimakas greippi. Suutuntuma pehmeä. Maussa voimakas greippisyys ja hieman pistävä katkeruus. Todella voimakkaasti humaloitu. Loppua kohti katkeruus taantuu ja suuhun jää miellyttävä greippi.
