Eiliseltä. Kirkkaan keltainen saisoni. Nätti hennon pitsinen vaahto. Upean näköinen. Tuoksusta löytyi makeaa vehnäisyyttä, mehukasta sitruunaisuutta, ehkä myös yuzua, ruohoisuutta je heinäisyyttä, kevyelti hunajaa ja vihreää omenaa. Maussa kirpeää ja hapokasta sitruunaisuutta, rypälettä, vihreää omenaa, hentoa kukkaisuutta, lempeää hunajaisuutta ja mukavan maukas, mutta kevyt mallasrunko. Todella pehmeä tekstuuri, mukavan kuohkea hapotus ja upean kevyt juotavuus.

Tasting 6. Saison. Interesting. Semihazy, dark yellow beer with reasonable carbonation lays a pure white, silky head that falls short of one finger. The foamy cap dissolves soon to a thin lace ring on top. Some small traces can be found on the wall of the glass. The scent displays wild yeast, lemon zest, white grape and a good amount of wheat malt. White wine is distinct. The gustatory experience serves strong wheat malt, a bit of wheat flour, lemon zest and grapefruit peel. White grape and medium-sour Nordic apple force their own peculiar fruity nuances to the tongue. Remote funkiness can't be missed, yet it's not particularly strong. The light-bodied beer finishes with wheat malt and wheat flour, lemon pulp, lemon peel and surely a tad white grape. A white peppery finish leaves its engram in my mind. The aftertaste plows the field together with the tastebuds for some time. The mouthfeel is light, springly and distantly stuffy. Clean and balanced, slightly spiced and herbal. Good tasty Saison but not my passion.

White grapes, woody and semi dry. FOAM: Lovely flower. Lasts shortwhile and leaves a short veil after. GREY’S VIEW First wave is so soft! So damn soft! Pillowy feel presents some honeydew, drier straw, grass and green apple. Such a pure spectrum. Mouthfeel is soft and semi crispy. Aftertaste has green peppers, green drier kind of grass and dry wood.
