Hop Roulette is a series showcasing new and experimental hop varieties. Zappa is the fifth IPA in the Hop Roulette series, using 50% Zappa and 50% Mosaic hops. Ripe citrus aroma with a touch of mint. Juicy citrus flavours are followed by intense lemon and grapefruit peel bitterness. Aftertaste lingers with hoppy bitter flavours.
