BEER STYLE: NEDIPA COUNTRY: USA ALCOHOL (ABV): 8,3% COLOUR (EBC): Pineapple Yellow (13.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - SCENT: Grassy notes with good amount of passion fruit and slightest hint of grape fruit. FOAM: Sets quickly to one finger tall. Lasts long with nice creaminess. GREY’S VIEW Galaxy & Strata hopped NEDIPA. Taste starts with lots of grain, followed with smooth and ripe pineapple, tiny bit more crisp cantaloupe and fresh dose of lemon juice. Herbal and grassy notes enters the palate in a short while, with bitterish end, completing this very well. Body is medium thick, with tiny and rather lazy carbonation. Hopping rate is lovely to me. This really has kept its profile nicely fresh and clear, regardless time. Actually it might have done good to this(?). OTHER NOTES: Much better then I expected. Fresh and easy, with lots of grain.
