Building more shelfs to my Lambic - cellar. Need one beer to finish the job of course.
This one is bottled 19/02/20 so more than three years ago.
It's aged well in my cellar. Mouthfeel is smooth, dry, tart, rich and tasty.
In taste: earthiness, tartness, berries, apples, barrels and leather.
Aftertaste: dry and lots of berries.
Quality Lambic.
