Comme une DDH Pale Ale du Pays de Galles.
Belle mousse, couleur orangée trouble.
Ça respire bon les houblons : Azzaca, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe. Rien que ça.
Saveurs très fruitées, sur les agrumes.
Très bonne boisson.

A lot more balanced with fruitiness compared to Breezed despite them being same style and abv. Another really good beer

Pale but golden hue with a visible gentle sparkle and disappearing head. Very hoppy on the nose in an light elegant manner featuring lime, lychee, pineapple, bubblegum, apricot, peach and mango. A rather long line up stemming from a four hop show of Azzaca, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe.
Juicy texture, medium body and a long fruity finish. Includes a complex fruit salad as noted for the aroma. Pineapple is fairly prominent though not explicit as it is only one part of a long tang consisting of citrus, tropical and stone fruit.
The hoppy flavour intensity increases quite significantly after only a short time in the glass. Weighing in at 5.5%, this brew has alot of taste for its reasonable ABV. No doubt this is attributed to the four hops and double dry hopped process. It is soft and gulpable then the intensity hits and forces you to consider sipping.
This is a nice beer as you can expect from Polly's, but it's complexity is not reflected well via clarity, fruit salad indeed. Strong flavoured, tangy, soft, juicy, pale ale that's worth every penny even if it's not an instant favourite.
