5.6-6.3% abv. Malted barley. This started out as a recipe based on one from the Barclay Perkins brewery from 1855. We’ve tempered the roast character of the original recipe with some chocolate and crystal malts, but the main difference is that this is hopped in the way we would hop our pale ales and IPAs – late kettle additions and dry hopping. The result is a dark brown beer that promises coffee and cocoa, but then the hops bring lightness, brightness and fruit. Hops vary.

Export India Porter. Chinook version of this series. Absolutely wonderful. This brewery is truly incredible—world-class.
The aroma features roasted notes, citrus, chocolate, and hops.
The mouthfeel is quite low-carbonated, balanced, firm, smooth, and slightly dry. A very pleasant mouthfeel and excellent drinkability.
The flavor includes roasted notes, pine, hops, citrus, and grapefruit.
The aftertaste is quite dry, smooth, grapefruity, and leaves a pleasant taste of roasted notes, chocolate, and grapefruit in the mouth.
A truly solid beer! Delightfully smooth. For me, this is Black IPA, and that's a good thing.

Très smooth cette porter, bien porté sur le café mais elle est très agréable car bien équilibré. Bonne bière.
