This milk stout isn’t for the faint at heart. If you like a little kick to your cow, this is for you.

Enjoying a beautiful fall afternoon with William Tell, well almost.
Pours to a very, very dark brown, opaque once it's in the glass. Foamy dark chocolate head, but it's starting to dissipate. Can smell chocolate and spice. First taste is sweet, strong dark chocolate and the cayenne 🌶️ quickly mixes in perfectly. After that initial blast of flavor, the cinnamon makes itself known. Bittersweet chocolate, cinnamon and a pepper sting dominates the dry finish. That pepper sting sits in the back of my throat and seems to keep on going, and going, and going. Not painful, just doesn't want to be forgotten.
Exactly what I would expect from a southern Texas brew. Excellent pepper stout.
