Lingonberry juice with slight cheesecake aroma. Still good.

Aroma: Tart berries, pastry, vanilla, cream. Taste: Tart lingonberry jam with a tiny amount of pastry in the aftertaste. Not much cheesecake really. Quite far from what I would call a pale ale, but pretty good still.

This time, it's Ostkaka. Cheesecake, with lingonberry. Scent of cheesecake, cranberry and lingonberry. Sweet, jammy, tart. Nice matte dark red color with pink foam! Taste has super tart cranberry, little cheesecake in background. Mostly like drinking cranberry juice. There's also lingonberry, with juicy tart elements too. Well, not as much cheesecake as I hoped, but still decent. Actually has more non-beery flavours than blåbärssoppa. I personally prefer blueberries over lingonberries though.

Interesting! I assumed a taste of cheese cake. Recognized a taste of cranberry. And learned that it is actually lingonberry.

Samea, punainen. Pinkit vaahdot. Tuoksu juustokakku. Maku kuiva, kirpsakka puolukka. Suun täyttää juustokakun maku, vain purutuntuma puuttuu. Hyvä olut.
