Northern Monk have teamed up with Aunt Bessie’s to create a two course roast dinner in beer form.
They’ve taken all of the traditional elements of a roast dinner and turned it into beer.
Jam Roly Poly as the dessert, if you will – is a 5,7% Jam & Custard Pale Ale inspired by the Aunt Bessie’s product of the same name. It’s brewed with plum, apricot and strawberry – the same fruits used in the Aunt Bessie’s product, along with custard to round out the flavours.
ABV: 5.7% ABV // 9 EBC // 20 IBU // 1.061 OG // 440ML
INGREDIENTS: Malted BARLEY (GLUTEN), WHEAT (GLUTEN), OATS (GLUTEN), Maltodextrin, LACTOSE (MILK), Plum, Apricot, Strawberry, Custard, Hops, Yeast.

Sweet strawberry jam and custard in beer form, yeah it works and it tastes quite nice.
It's not 5.7% though, it's 4.5%

Don't know what has happened to the can. The other ones are fine. Anyway, nice strawberry aroma. Decent strawberry taste with a nice creaminess to finish. Slight sweetness to the aftertaste but enjoyable. Smooth and easy drinking session ale
