Wow this is going to be sour. Deep pink almost purple, the nose is sour cherries and blackcurrants. The flavours of the fruit are obvious and the sourness hits your palate like a sledgehammer hitting a watermelon. This is one excellent fruit sour, Berliner Weisse.
