Siren Craft beer Dippy and the Equinox, Brutally Hopped IPA. The aroma promises a lot with lots of hops, citrus and malts. A bit of caramel, alcohol and yeast also present. The mouthfeel is quite strong and full, with sweet malts and caramel surfacing right away. The taste begins off quite sweet as mentioned, quite fruity with citrus, tangerine and blood orangd. Going further, the promised brutal hops kick in with pine and grapefruit. Bitter and hoppy finish with a bit alcohol kick. (Might surface from the beer not being fresh and past its expiration date.) Medium bodied, large Imperial IPA with the promised kick, but nevertheless easy going and drinkable. Would want to taste it fresh from the tap. Solid. 3.75/5
