Medium full and medium dry body. Distinct cellary apples in smell and the body. Aftertaste adds some yeasty tones keeping the cellary apples on top all the while. This feels like drinking French countryside cider 🤣 There's also some oak in it and bitters are downtoned resembling cider tannines. Very interesting one, I liked this.
