Sopiva hetki kulauttaa tämä huiviin. Hetken on kaapissa majaillut 😅 Punertavan ruskeaa olutta. Tuoksu pehmeä, tamminen sekä kirsikkainen. Suutuntuma kuohkea ja yllättävän pehmeä. Maku kirpeän hapan & hapokas, kirsikkainen, tamminen, kuivahko ja mukana myös tietenkin hyvin pieni häivähdys etikkaisuutta. Jälkimaussa hapan läimäytys kirsikkaisella kevennyksellä. On kyllä mukavan tasapainoinen ja täyteläinen kokonaisuus. Hyvää kampesta! Pidän näistä paljon enemmän kuin "tusinavatsahapposoureista".
