Averbode is een blond abdijbier dat gedryhopped is en met nagisting op fles.Het heeft een goudgele kleur met een fijne schuimkraag. Met geurige aroma's van bloemen, groene appels, zoetigheid en hop. Door de vier soorten hop komt er een hoppige smaak naar voren. Het palet is volmondig, moutzoetig en met een aangenaam hopkarakter. De afdronk is fris, vol en bitter.

Une bière assez houblonnée avec quelques notes de céréales. C’est assez doux avec une amertume assez prononcée. C’est une bonne bière mais elle ressemble à beaucoup d’autres.
