Paahteisen maltainen, kevyesti kahvinen ja jopa suklainen, jälkimaussa reiluhkosti katkeruutta. Laktoosimaista pyöreyttä. Pieniin prosentteihin (5,5%) nähden todella hyvä brown ale.
