IPA "KYRA ~ 6.5% ~ Enigma, Galaxy and Vic Secret fly the flag for Australia in the latest addition to our Augment series IPA. It's super fresh and is proving to be amongst the best we've produced thus far, according to the brew team, that is. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 bien houblonnée, amère à souhait et une belle rondeur. La fin de bouche est longue et amère.

Very bitter and dry compared to other Polly's beers. A tad resinous and dries out on the backend. Flashes of ripe fruits and then bitterness with the resinous dry backbone bringing it back to that middle flavour. Very different to the 'usual Polly's '. Still a good beer but wouldn't rush to have again, not fruity enough for me.
