Another beautifully hazy brew. Looking like orange juice, completely opaque and retaining some head too, bonus. Citra greets the nose first followed by the supporters Mosaic and Galaxy hops. Clementine and pineapple are most notable with slight notes of apricot and yuzu. Pillowy soft and light bodied prooving you don't need to be hefty as hell to make a hoppy, juicy banger. It feels like a session pale, which is deceptive seeing as it's actually a 6.6% IPA. So soft and flavourful... Hoppy and juicy, almost in equal measure, which for me, is basically ideal. A quality NEIPA for sure. Polly really have consistency down, producing reliably soft, silky smooth, hop and juice fest brews. 'Who Knew?' is dank with a short but resinous finish. It's so pleasant in the mouth, the tropical fruits are with you but the hops remain after you swallow. Like previous Polly's I've had recently the hoppiness accumulates and therefore out does the juiciness with an ever increasing ratio. Now it tastes like a whole heep of hops are right here in the can. 50 fold what you find from a supermarket brew.

Tuoksussa hapanta sitrusta. Suutuntuma hiilihappoinen, raikas, runsas ja aika pehmeä. Maussa sitrusta, greippiä, havua ja makeutta. Jälkimaku aika kuivan greippinen. Greippinen neipa, mutta onneksi ei pistelevän greippinen, vaan aika pehmeä.
