Side Yard is brewed with Chinook hops from our very own hop yard. In order to achieve the freshest beer possible, these hops made it from harvest to kettle in a matter of just 4 hours. The end result is a juicy, soft, tropical, fruity integration of two styles of hop-forward IPAs – Harvest Ales, and New England (or hazy) IPAs.

Citrusy aroma. Taste has much of the same, with oranges, light grapefruit and citrusy hops. Moderate bitterness on the back end. Very refreshing and tasty. I will definitely enjoy my remaining cans. 4.25/5

Here's a pleasant surprise. Didn't expect to see this away from the brewery.
Holy cow. Citrus overload in the aroma. Nice citrusy, slightly grassy hop presence as well. Taste has an incredibly fresh hop presence. Like seriously, fresh fresh. A good deal of citrus going on beyond the hops. Oranges, grapefruit and slight passionfruit. Very good. I like it now, but would be interested in trying it in a month, should the opportunity present itself. 4.25/5
