Flight 3/4. Muddy, deep straw beer with vivid, regular-duration carbonation unlocks a snow-white, fluffy head that builds itself up to one finger. The retreating foam paints the glass with beautiful dense coverings. The foamy cap has a pretty long retention. The scent offers light-sour pineapple, a bit of mandarin, some identifiable lemon zest and a pinch of winter apple. The tongue receives medium-sour pineapple, lemon pulp and a drop of squeezed orange lying on the thin bed of wheat malt. The light-bodied beer finishes long with bitter citrus pith, a decent injection of wheat malt and faint yeast. The mouthfeel is light and actually relatively thin, a tad tropical and quite juicy. It's also slightly tart, dry and mouth-drying but not much.
