Accidentally bought this and have not really been looking forward to trying it but want it out of my refrigerator. Small head, hazy dark orange color. Sour plum aroma. Flavor is definitely sour, not my favorite experience. Flavor reminds me of going to the grocery store and picking a dark grape and trying it, and it turns out to be sour and bitter. Then I put it back. Sour, bittersweet, finish brings forth lemons in a strangely satisfying way. This is not working for me as a standalone beer. Perhaps if I were having it with a burger or a chicken meal it would even out the sourness and make it palpable. By itself, not so great.

Quite salty with plum and a light tartness. Finishes dry. It looks orange in the glass but you see some purple tint when pouring. Another “Leaves of Grass Series” beer. It’s not bad but not something I’d drink.

Plum and salt stick out the most in the aroma. Taste has plum and salt first, followed by coriander which adds a slight bitterness and spice to help cut the tartness. Starts out tart and finishes quite clean with just a little bit of plum in the aftertaste. It's not bad at all, despite me not really being a fan of the style. Won't be a repeat beer, but I'll enjoy the rest of what's in my glass. It's pretty refreshing. 3.75/5
