Another new brewery for me. Can. Best before: 21.10.2019 Temperature: +7 degrees Golden color and good clarity. White, long lasting and creamy head leaves laces at the glass. Well, ain't this beautiful: 4,75/5 Strong citrus, grapefruit, tropical (mango), pine and blackcurrant leaves. Wow, what a showcase of Mosaic hops! 4,75/5 Mouthfeel is medium with relatively high bitterness (really like the unique kind of bitterness the Mosaic brings). Crips maltiness and touch of rounding wheat: 4,5/5 Taste is citrus, tropical with piney and garden notes (I find the blackcurrant bushes. I like it, where I grow up, we had blackcurrant and those lovely things smelled like this). Crips maltiness stays at the back and supports the hops flavours nicely. Aftertaste is quite mild, slightly bitter: 12/15 Niceeeeeee. Exellent showcase of Mosaic. This might be one the best single hop beers I've ever had! That said, some other hop variety in here would make this close to perfect. Now it just kind of stays the same whole time and you forget the awesomeness that there were at the beginning. Nevertheless what an awesome brew. Again I find a brewery, from I definately want to get more beers ASAP: 17/20 =43/50
