Auf der Flasche steht neues Rezept, hat nur noch 4,8%. Vom Eigentümer der Bierhandlung in Freiburg empfohlen, kommt aus seiner Heimatstadt in Belgien. Golden mit opulenter Schaumkrone. Die Nase ist entsprechend gedämpft, etwas belgische Hefe. Das Bier ist schnell beschrieben, typisches Blonde Aroma, spritzig, dazu aber kräftig bitter und trocken. Auf dem Rücketikett steht auch blond und bitter, passt also. Erst zum Abgang wird's lieblicher nach gelbem Obst. Eine Bitternote bleibt lange im Mund zurück. Gilt als Sommerbier und gibt's scheinbar nur von März bis September, passt ganz gut.

Sauna warm-up beer. Semihazy yellow. Brisk carbonation. A massive fluffy head exceeds four fingers and descends sluggishly, leaving heavy decorations on the glass. Wheat bread, waffle, biscuit and cereal in the air. If anything can smell "pale", this does. A pinch of Belgian yeast but no other Belgiany elements. The taste is crisper and hoppier than what the fragrance suggests. Pale malt, grass and dry hops. That's the gustatory package. The body is light but not thin. Ends unchanged. Feels light, crisp, relatively dry, drying and a tad harsh.

Versio 4,8 % - kevyt ja raikas vetokalja. Ei mitään ärsyttävää, vaan tasainen ja hyvä. Puuttuu se belgien perinteinen jälkimaku.
