The palate offers astonishingly sour lemon zest and lemon peel to which a peachy twist brings its own distinct nuance. I can also detect stuffy apricot, passionfruit and some stuffy wheat malt. The light-bodied beer finishes with sour peach, lemon zest, apricot and stuffy wheat. The duration of the aftertaste is rather short. The mouthfeel is relatively tart, acidic, mouth-drying and a tad musty. Overall, somewhat closed.
