Has banana & clove up front and all thru. Hints of bready/wheat malt along with a hint of coriander. Overall nice attempt at a German hefe. It’s watered down and could use a citrus boost of lemon or orange (I’d prefer lemon). I’ve yet seen an American Hefe that is better than the true German ones but I’ll keep trying them.
