Clear, deep gold beer with effervescent, sustained carbonation builds a white, bubbly head that falls short of one finger and shrinks soon down to a frazil-icy lacing on top. No splashes are found on the wall of the glass. The scent is disturbingly sweet and sugary with pale malt. The taste is unpleasant, offering pale malt and substantially restrained hops in an overall sweet package. As if I also picked rice starch among the gustatory elements, however, the list of ingredients doesn't confirm that. The aftertaste dies almost immediately. The same profile as upfront though. The mouthfeel is watery, sappy, very industrial and adjuncted. Yet, more or less manageable for a nonalcoholic beer.
