So it’s a kettle sour collab between a couple of inventive breweries. It pours without a head, and looks like a glass of cloudy apple juice, but that’s where the similarity ends. There’s a clinical kind of aroma with a hint of berry fruits. The taste is sour sour sour in the best way. It’s fizzy ish but not overly carbonated. There’s an almost berry/ peachy taste to it with the sea salt coming through at the end, its a lovely beer.
