Perfect accompaniment to my barbecue mackerel. It poured nice and easy leaving a light ruby coloured body, with moderate haze and mild carbonation. There was no foam at all and no head to follow. Scents are Guava and hibiscus, sitting on a bed of raspberry berlinner weisse. Mouthfeel is crisp and tart, very refreshing. Carbonation dominates with a little foam rearing it's head toward the end. Light bodied for sure but the tart profile helps keep it interesting. Taste is sweet guava upfront as the first note with raspberry puree as the second. Sour citrus starts to rise to the surface and plays well against the ping of the salt. Very nice all round sour. Tonnes of flavour and an authentic sour note.

Not very sour, has a hint of guava at the front though not sweet, slightly bitter at the end
